Simple pricing. Pay for what the front desk actually does.

There are two ways in. Founders lock a flat term with usage included. Everyone else pays a platform fee and then per-use rates that track what the assistant did for you, with no per-seat charges and no minimums.

Founder pricing is limited to the first companies on the platform and ends when they are gone.

Pay as you go

A one-time platform fee sets up your tenant, number, CRM install, and onboarding interview. Then you pay only for usage:

Agent talk time: $0.20 per minute.

Text messages: $0.02 per message sent.

Roof measurement: $1.50 per property measured.

Property data: $0.01 per data compute.

Usage bills monthly through Stripe. You can see every call, text, and lookup in your dashboard as it happens.

What is always included

Unlimited inbound calls. English and Spanish. Calendar booking with real availability. Confirmation and reminder texts. Active-leak escalation to on-call. Warm transfer with summary. CRM mirror. Call recordings and transcripts. A live call board.

A number to compare against

A single missed storm-week call is a $12,000 to $18,000 job that went to whoever answered. The assistant handles a typical two-and-a-half-minute booking call for well under a dollar in usage.

Questions

Do I need HighLevel? Roofing Game runs best inside HighLevel and installs from the marketplace, but the assistant, calendar, and texting work from the Roofing Game dashboard on their own. AccuLynx and JobNimbus imports are on the roadmap.

Can I keep my phone number? Yes. Forward it on day one, or port it in.

Is it a robot voice? It is an AI assistant and it says so at the start of every call. Callers can ask for a person at any time.

What about texting compliance? Every text goes out only after the homeowner agrees on the call, and that consent is recorded. See our Text Message Program page.
