These terms are a contract between Restoration Referral System, the operator of Roofing Game ("we"), and the business that creates an account ("you"). By signing up you accept them.
Roofing Game provides an AI phone assistant, scheduling, messaging, CRM integration, and related tools for roofing and restoration contractors. The assistant is software. It is not an employee, agent, or representative of Roofing Game, and it does not give legal, insurance, or coverage advice to your customers.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the hours, service area, pricing, and other information you give the assistant; for complying with call recording and telemarketing laws in the states where you operate; for obtaining any consent your customers must give; and for how your team uses records the platform produces. You will not use the service to send unsolicited messages, to make outbound calls without proper consent, or for anything unlawful.
Founder plans are billed up front for the term and are non-refundable. Pay-as-you-go usage is metered and billed monthly through Stripe at the rates on the Pricing page. Rates may change with 30 days' notice. Past-due accounts may be paused.
You own your customer data. We use it only to provide the service and as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time. Recordings, transcripts, and property data generated for you are yours to keep.
The service depends on telephony carriers, voice AI providers, CRM platforms, and payment processors. Their outages are outside our control and we will do what we reasonably can to route around them.
We aim for continuous operation and maintain a fallback so your line never rings into silence, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, or indirect damages, including a missed or mis-booked appointment.
You may cancel at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination you may export your data for 30 days.
Tennessee law governs, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Tennessee.
We may update these terms with notice by email or in the dashboard. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
