Roofing Game is a product of Restoration Referral System, 8217 Wikle Road East, Brentwood, TN 37027, [email protected]. This policy covers the Roofing Game website and the Roofing Game software platform used by roofing contractors ("Customers") and the people who call or text those contractors ("Callers").
From Customers: name, business name, email, phone, billing details processed by Stripe, CRM data you connect (contacts, appointments, pipeline), and usage records. From Callers: phone number, name and address if provided during the call, the call recording and transcript, and any consent given to receive texts. From everyone: standard website logs and cookies needed to run the site.
To answer and route calls on a Customer's behalf, book appointments, send appointment texts the Caller agreed to, keep records the Customer needs for their job file, bill Customers for usage, and improve the service.
Calls handled by the assistant are recorded and transcribed. The assistant states this at the start of every call. Recordings are stored for the Customer whose number was called and are retained for 30 days after the related job closes unless the Customer deletes them sooner.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Callers may opt out at any time by replying STOP. We share data only with the Customer whose number was called and with the service providers required to run the platform (telephony, voice AI, hosting, CRM, payments, photo storage), each bound to use it only to provide their service to us. We do not sell personal information.
The platform uses public and licensed property records and weather data about addresses. This is information about a location, not about a person, and it is used to help contractors serve the property.
Callers may request a copy or deletion of their call records by contacting the contractor they called or us at [email protected]. Customers control their own data in the dashboard and may export or delete it. Reply STOP to end texts.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited per Customer, and every change to a Customer's records is logged.
The service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
